My Approach

As a Certified Life Coach, my approach is forward-focused and action-oriented. Rather than spending our time analyzing the past, we focus on where you are now and where you want to go, identifying what's holding you back, building practical strategies, and creating real momentum toward your goals. Coaching is a collaborative partnership: I bring structure, accountability, and a fresh perspective, but you're the expert on your own life.

It's worth noting that coaching is different from psychotherapy. I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and coaching isn't designed to process past trauma or manage clinical symptoms, that's important work, but it's not what coaching is for. If at any point it seems like your needs would be better served by a licensed therapist, I'll be honest with you about that, and Kind Collective's community of licensed providers makes it easy to find the right fit. My focus is helping you move forward, practically and intentionally, toward the life you're working to build.
